In this program for family members and friends of those who have mental health conditions, you will gain relevant and up to date information about mental health conditions, learn problem-solving techniques, develop coping strategies, and expand your communication skills. This program also teaches valuable advocacy skills so that you help your family member or friend navigate the mental health system.
