Jessica Macmahan, LPN has served at Anchor Lodge as the clinical Manager for the skilled manager for just under 2 years and has had a tremendous impact on the building, our Residents and our staff. Today we celebrated her last day as she is spreading her wings and moving over to Amherst Manor! We are so proud of her and wish her well in her future endeavors! She will missed and know she will definitely be value added to the Amherst team! Thank you, Jessica for all you do!

Anchor Lodge traveled to Anchorage Alaska today. We held a group discussion about Alaska covering topics such as wildlife and scenery, with an educational video with general facts. The residents were tentative, engaged and actively participated by asking questions and sharing their thoughts! Overall, the activity was enjoyable, interactive and well received by the group. We also earned a stamp in our passports. Stay tuned for our upcoming travels around the world.
