Hello clients, I have a few important announcements to share with you.
Recently, I received my first negative review stating that I didn't return a phone call and that my voicemail was full. However, I would like to clarify that my voicemail is not full. Nevertheless, I do not return calls from unknown numbers unless a message is left. Given the high volume of daily inquiries via phone and text, I kindly request that you provide your name and specify the service you wish to schedule when reaching out. Please be considerate of reasonable hours, as I will not respond to inquiries received during late hours. As a mother with two jobs outside of my business, I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Please be advised that any unsolicited or inappropriate messages will not receive a response. I maintain a professional business environment and have zero tolerance for unprofessional behavior. My office hours are by appointment only, and I kindly request that you do not visit my office unannounced, as the doors are kept locked for security purposes. Furthermore, for my personal safety, I only accept male clients who have been directly referred to me. Thank you for your understanding.
