I’d like to nominate Frankie Carreras for Employee of the Month.
Frankie is reliable, positive, and always willing to help. He does a great job and brings a calm, friendly presence to his clients. His clients as well as their families genuinely love working with him and regularly share positive feedback about their experiences.
Frankie is a big asset to the team and I’m very happy to have him.

Jasmines Territory-
My caregiver of the Month for December is Ann MacAdam. I am recognizing her for EXCEPTIONAL compassion, dedication, and empathy towards her client. Ann consistently keeps me updated on her client’s well-being and the various activities she facilitates, including transportation to appointments. Beyond assisting with daily tasks, she ensures that her client remains current with his medical visits often adjusting her schedule to accommodate his needs. The client frequently expresses his gratitude for her care and speaks highly of her often. We are both immensely appreciative of her outstanding efforts and support.

Abbeys Territory-
I'd like to recognize Brittany Ross for the outstanding care she provides. She has made great strides in improving her clients' quality of life, to the point where they feel comfortable doing things they didn't before. She is very accommodating to all schedule requests and goes out of her way to ensure her clients are well taken care of. She referred a caregiver to our company, who has also proven to also be dependable and committed. I appreciate all of Brittany's communication and dedication; she is a caregiver I can rely on!

Julies Territory-
I would like to nominate Melissa Milhoan as my December caregiver of the month. Melissa is extremely hardworking and always goes above and beyond for her client(s). Melissa currently juggles 3 different client cases and successfully remains reliable and consistent on each case. Each of her clients report how wonderful she is at her job and how lucky they are to have her! Melissa also does a fantastic job at communicating with management and keeps everyone in the loop on any changes or updates with her clients. She truly embodies “compassionate caregiving” and I am so thankful to have Melissa as a part of the caregiving team!

Jasmines Territory
Sade has consistently demonstrated a willingness to assist since she joined us over 6 months ago. Her flexibility in scheduling is crucial, especially for clients with varying weekly appointments or unexpected life events. Sade always finds a way to accommodate these needs, readily stepping in when coverage is required. She has successfully managed multiple cases simultaneously without any issues and maintains excellent communication regarding any questions or concerns. Clients frequently express their appreciation for her dedication. Recently, despite having personal challenges of her own, Sade ensured that her client continued to receive care without interruption. I truly value her hard work and commitment to the well-being of those she serves.

Laurens Territory
Alexandra has been extremely caring and reliable for her client. Alexandra has spent several hours off the clock cleaning her clients home, to help improve his living conditions. She genuinely cares about the clients well being and is always looking to help him anyway she can. Her client is very appreciative of her and the family is always calling to tell me how great she is. I’m happy to have her as a caregiver in my territory.

Joline is a care provider I would trust with a member of my family. Her approach to any task is fully committed and dedicated. She's always looking for ways to improve her clients' quality of life and carefully evaluates their surroundings to see how she can make their everyday lives better. She has been described as reliable, flexible with schedule changes, great at communicating, and keeps ahead of tasks. She is considered part of the family to most and I am thankful to have her as a caregiver in my territory!

Trisha is a reliable and trusted caregiver. She communicates well with her client and coordinator. She is extremely flexible if and when her client has an appointment and always makes sure she makes up her hours if there is a schedule change. Over nearly two years with the company, Katrina has maintained meticulous records and punctuality, ensuring seamless communication and proactive engagement regarding her client's well-being. Both the client and his wife have expressed deep appreciation for her contributions, highlighting how she has truly become a cherished member of their family. I am grateful for her unwavering commitment and the positive impact she has made.

I would like to nominate Aliyah Lopez as the Caregiver of the Month for October in my territory. Aliyah goes above and beyond for her clients. She is dependable, kind, communicates well, and is always willing to help. Every client she has cared for has had nothing but great things to say and has asked for her to come back. I’m very thankful that she is part of our team.

I would like to nominate Lavella Spearman as my caregiver of the month! Lavella has proven to be extremely reliable, attentive, and compassionate. She has a wonderful relationship with her client and communicates effectively with management. Her client refers to her as his right hand and is extremely thankful for all of her help. I am so grateful to have Lavella as a part of our caregiving team!

Additionally, she excels in communicating updates with all necessary parties and consistently goes the extra mile for her client, even outside of her scheduled hours. I would like to nominate Nahkeya Lewis as my Caregiver of the Month for September. Nahkeya consistently shows up for her client(s) and is extremely reliable. On many occasions she has rearranged her time on her days off to ensure her client is cared for. She goes above and beyond, is patient and kind, and is dedicated to caring for her client(s). I am so thankful to have Nahkeya as a part of our team!

I am pleased to recognize Maxine Hatcher as my caregiver of the month. Maxine began her journey with our company as a PRN caregiver, where she consistently demonstrated her commitment by actively assisting in various capacities. Clients frequently praised her for her exceptional care/support, and everyone she came in contact with wanted her as their permanent caregiver. Recently, Maxine has transitioned from a PRN role to taking on regular clients all while maintaining her flexibility, compassion, and willingness to help. Currently, she is servicing three clients and continues to seek additional opportunities to assist. Her remarkable energy and dedication to her work is truly commendable and greatly valued.

I would like to recongnize Crystal Nguyen for my pick at Caregiver of the Month. She's kind, caring, and always goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients. She is reliable, always on time, and willing to pick up wherever she's needed. Her clients have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. Her dependability and hard work are truly appreciated.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for Chantalli Ezeukwu, my caregiver of the month. With over two years of dedicated service to the company, she has consistently received the highest accolades from her clients. Chantalli's compassion and patience are complemented by her exceptional skilled training as an STNA which is evident in the quality of care she provides. She is always punctual, with an impeccable attendance record, and readily offers assistance with coverage whenever possible. Her vibrant energy and thoroughness in addressing her clients' concerns contributes significantly to their overall well-being and we truly appreciate her.

-Vickis Territory-
The caregiver of the month for Vicki’s territory is Linda Mitchell. Linda has been a trusted, hard working, reliable caregiver for several years with Compassionate Friends. She is consistent with her clock ins/outs, she rarely, if ever, calls off & she has great communication with both her clients & coordinator. Linda’s clients have nothing but positive things to say about her level of care for them.

I would like to nominate Shyler Michaels as my Caregiver of the Month! Shyler is incredibly reliable and extremely dedicated to the client she cares for. Her client consistently reports that she goes above & beyond her job duties and is always extremely kind. Shyler is always on time and never calls off for work. She communicates well with her client and does a wonderful job keeping administration in the loop as well.

I would like to recognize Marcus DeGenarro-Blankenship for the exceptional care he has provided to his client in the short time he has served as his caregiver. He has creatively sought ways to assist the veteran and has effectively put those ideas into action. He has made significant strides in improving the client's emotional and physical well-being in a short period.

I am pleased to announce that Pamela Hawkins is my caregiver of the month. Despite her being relatively new with the company Pamela has already made a significant impact on her two clients she serves, who genuinely appreciate her hard work, dedication, and compassionate nature. Her punctuality, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile reflects in her gratitude for an opportunity to work with us. Even in retirement, Pamela dedicates time to support our veterans demonstrating her commitment to making a difference. On behalf of her clients and myself I would like to express our deep appreciation for her exceptional contributions.

I would like to recognize Jazmin Gunther for her exceptional care and advocacy. She provides invaluable support to her client, who lacks a strong support system. In addition to communicating with nurses and other healthcare professionals, she informs us of any changes. Her caring nature extends beyond her shifts, and she is always just a phone call away for assistance if needed.

Michelle is incredibly reliable, dedicated to the veterans she cares for, kind & compassionate. Her clients consistently report that she not only completes what is asked of her, but that she goes above & beyond daily to make sure they are getting superior care. She makes them feel both respected & valued. Michelle’s communication with her clients as well as administration is impeccable & her consistent clock ins/outs are exemplary!

I would like to nominate Frankie Robinson as my Caregiver of The Month. Frankie has shown tremendous reliability for her client. She is always on time and never calls off for her shifts. She is extremely compassionate & has built a wonderful relationship with her client as well as the clients family. The family has expressed how thankful they are for Frankie and all of her hard work. I would like to commend Frankie for her continued dedication and commitment to her client. I’m so thankful to have her as a caregiver in my territory!

I am selecting Dessa Anthony as my caregiver of the month. Dessa is an incredible caregiver and all around great person! She is always positive, compassionate & attentive to her veterans! Throughout this period, she has consistently exhibited reliability and outstanding communication skills. Both her client and his wife frequently express their admiration for her exceptional care. Taneisha goes the extra mile to ensure that they receive the highest quality of support and effectively managing her availability even when faced with temporary challenges. Her remarkable determination to fulfill her responsibilities is commendable, and I sincerely appreciate her commitment to her work.

I would like to nominate Tiffany Ford as Caregiver of the Month. She consistently shows up for her client and cares for him well. She is compassionate & dependable. She communicates effectively with myself & her client. She never calls off for work and is always there when her client needs her!

Abbey's Territory-
I would like to nominate Kellie Goss as Caregiver of the Month. During my monthly check-ins with her clients, I consistently receive excellent feedback about her performance. She is punctual, dependable, and communicates effectively. Kellie never misses clocking in or out, provides important updates about her clients as needed, and rarely calls off work.

I would like to nominate Lovonia Cutts. She is incredibly dedicated to her profession and works hard to make sure her veteran is not only properly cared for but feels valued as a person. She communicates effectively with both her clients & with administration. Lovonia has integrity & tenacity & does not let personal difficulties keep her from getting to her client. I am truly thankful to have Lovonia on my team!

She is adaptable to her clients’ evolving needs and any changes in their schedules. She communicates effectively and has built a great rapport with her clients as well as their families. She shows true compassion in the way she carries out her job duties.

Dawn Bowling is my caregiver of the month due to her exceptional support to her client. She consistently demonstrates effective communication keeping me informed about the client’s health status and upcoming appointments. Dawn is remarkably dependable, always punctual and ready to make a positive impact in her client’s life. Recently, she adapted her schedule to provide both daytime and nighttime care following an increase in her clients’ hours. Her wonderful personality shines through in her work ethic, and I am proud to have her as a member of my caregiving team.

I want to nominate Carli Hernandez as Caregiver of the Month. She consistently helps her clients, even outside of scheduled hours, and has proven to be their advocate in addressing any needs. This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

At Compassionate Friends Homecare, we are deeply privileged to care for the heroes who once stood in defense for our freedom. Today, we pause to reflect on the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of those we have lost—and extend our gratitude to all veterans and their families.

Their legacy lives on in the hearts of those they served, and we are honored to continue serving them with compassion, dignity, and respect.
