Meet the new owners of Hearing Services West: Dr. Jennifer Eichert and Bee Yang. With over 14 years of private practice experience, we are passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered hearing care for all ages.

At Hearing Services West, our mission is to empower individuals and families through every stage of life with personalized care, advanced technology, and a commitment to healthy hearing. For over 25 years, Hearing Services West has proudly served the Los Alamitos community—and we look forward to continuing that legacy under Dr. Eichert’s leadership. 💙👂

There's lots of expensive hearing aids these days, but you don't need to buy the most expensive ones. There are lots of affordable hearing aids that function perfectly well for the people who wear them. Don't hold back on purchasing hearing aids because of price, but make sure you talk to your provider to seek out the option that's most reasonable priced for you.

Lori Hallett has over 20 years of experience as an Audiologist at St. Jude’s Medical Center. During her last five years, she was the managing audiologist and director of the Newborn Hearing Screening Program. Her strengths lie in audiological diagnostics, knowledge and training in the most recent hearing aid technology, and Aural Rehabilitation.
