Our Story
At Vitality Wellness, we offer various services that will help you recover from aches, pains, or an injury; either from a car accident, sports, or other recreational activities. We help our patients with headaches, back pain, neck pain, knee pain, postural syndromes, scoliosis, and so much more. Using manual and computerized chiropractic technology that helps align you, in addition to massage and other therapies, we design programs to help move you from Relief Care through Corrective Care and ultimately to Wellness and Vitality, resulting in increased quality of life. Dr. Elizabeth Weidlich graduated from Southern California University Of Health Sciences in 1995 with a doctorate degree in Chiropractic. Having achieved academic success by being on the Dean's List, she was accepted to do an additional program in hospital rounds at Norwalk Hospital, including general medicine and radiology. Dr. Elizabeth Weidlich studied nutrition in undergraduate school and has gone further to study throughout the last 21 years. Therefore incorporating nutritional and weight loss programs to help patients achieve their health goals. With over 20 years of experience teaching exercise classes including Healthy Back, Stretching, Aerobics and Pilates exercise, she created a DVD on Pilates, the same class she taught to over 100 students. She is certified in Kennedy Decompression Technique to help achieve better results for patients with low back pain due to disc herniations, facet syndrome, osteoarthritis, degenerative joint disease. Dr. Weidlich volunteers her time, providing health and wellness lectures to help bring health education to the community.
