Have you heard of a light therapy box? (Also known as SAD lamps)

SAD - stands for seasonal affective disorder. This is a type of depression that for some people can occur during the Fall and Winter months.
A light therapy box mimics outdoor light. Researchers believe this type of light causes a chemical change in the brain that lifts your mood and eases other symptoms of SAD.
