Our first retreat to Casa del Sol at Ghost Ranch was a wonderful experience. We are looking to do another trip to the Casa. We are looking for people who would be interested in going there for MLK weekend 2026. Beside yoga and meditation, we will be setting goals for the year ahead. Onward and upward!
