Ever crave something… only to find out your body can’t actually digest it well?

Yep—sometimes the foods we want most are the ones our bodies struggle with.

Then you combine that with a swirl of stress—whether it’s a looming deadline, your kids in full chaos mode, or that nagging tension in your neck—your system gets overwhelmed.

After nearly 20 years in practice, I’ve seen it over and over: it’s rarely just emotional stress.

👉 It’s microtrauma.
👉 It’s physical, nutritional, and mental.
👉 It’s your body saying, “I’m doing my best… but I need help.”

✨ We’re diving into all of this in the FREE Stress Masterclass—so you can learn why your stress shows up the way it does and what to do about it.

Ever feel like you’re doing all the “right” things and still waking up exhausted?

Maybe you’ve nailed the bedtime routines, the blackout curtains, the supplements — but real rest still feels out of reach.

If you’re in the thick of preconception, pregnancy, or parenthood life, that exhaustion can feel tenfold — and it’s not your fault.

Your body is carrying so much more than sleep habits alone can fix.

True rest starts with understanding how stress, hormones, and your nervous system shape your nights and your days — especially when you’re growing, nourishing, or raising a family.

✨ What’s one thing you’ve done to care for your sleep or energy lately — even if it didn’t work out?

Let's face it… new parent resources get all the attention in wellness circles.

But the real challenge? It starts when new parents return to their daily routines and feel like they have to:

Smile through the social gatherings.

Keep up with old commitments.

Act like nothing's changed... when we all know everything's changed.

As a working mom, I've been there. Now I work with families
to rethink what that transition should look like.

Because it's a make-or-break moment.

It's about making what you already have in your life
work better.

Let's build a return-to-life plan that actually supports who you're becoming.

Message me if you're ready to turn this transition into your greatest strength.

It's statistics like these that make me want to help more women navigate life's biggest transitions. Have you seen these stats??

→ 1 in 5 women experience mental health challenges during or after pregnancy. Yes, that's a huge number.

→ Up to 43% of new moms struggle to return to their previous routines—or abandon them entirely.

→ And over 60% say they felt unsupported by their communities during pregnancy or postpartum.

This isn't just a wellness issue.
It's a life balance, fulfillment, and thriving issue.

That's why I help families who are 35+ who are in pre-conception, pregnancy and postpartum with clinically-backed sessions and programs to support maternal wellness across all areas of life.

Because supporting women through all stages of life isn't just the right thing to do—it's essential for whole-person wellness.

There’s no ignoring the nagging pain in your neck, wrists or shoulders at your desk… But have you been paying attention to the daily habits that are the root of the pain??

Ask yourself,

⚫ Am I sitting all day?
⚫ How often do I take breaks?
⚫ Do I pay attention to my posture?

These are the habits that add up to bigger problems.

I help my corporate clients tackle pain and discomfort at work
to avoid what comes next…

Low productivity, absenteeism and more.

Staying ahead of the curve is the best way to avoid going down this painful road for you, your employees and the overall health of your company.

In today’s fast-paced work environment, maintaining physical and mental well-being is more crucial than ever. Yet, it's often overlooked, especially when deadlines loom and workloads increase. 🏃‍♂️💼

I’ve noticed a common thread among my patients: workplace-related stress and strain. It’s not just about the mental load; it's also about how our work habits physically affect us. The way we sit, the hours we spend in front of screens, and the minimal breaks we take all contribute to a range of issues from chronic back pain to increased anxiety.

This realization led me to develop "Workplace Wellness," a course designed to address these very challenges. But how do you know if this course is right for you? Here’s a quick checklist:

☐ You spend hours hunched over your laptop daily.

☐ You’re constantly battling fatigue and discomfort.

☐ Persistent feelings of dis-ease are part of your daily life.

☐ Despite eating healthily, you’re not seeing the benefits you expected.

☐ Quality sleep seems like a distant dream.

☐ You often find yourself with headaches or eye strain after work.

☐ Your shoulders and back are perpetually tense or in pain.

☐ You feel mentally drained more often than not.

If you checked any (or many) of these boxes, "Workplace Wellness" is for you. Here's what you can expect:

- 🧘‍♂️ Techniques for reducing physical strain, including ergonomic tips and stretches.
- 🧠 Strategies to manage stress and maintain mental well-being amidst tight schedules.
- 🍏 Nutritional advice to boost energy and focus.
- 🔄 Regular habits and routines to foster a healthier work-life balance.

"Workplace Wellness" isn't just another course; it’s a transformational journey towards a healthier, more balanced work life. It’s about making small but impactful changes that add up to big results.

One of the things I am most grateful to my mom for is her ability to find the silver lining in pretty much any situation. She started showing me how to do that from such a young age that it became (and still remains) my default response. 😊🌟

As I started preparing for graduation from Palmer West, I was introduced to Bruce Lipton’s work. He was one of the original people to scientifically study the connection between our thoughts and how our cells respond in ‘The Biology of Belief’. 🧬📘

Since then, there are many folks who have talked about the importance of staying positive and all the ways that can impact our well-being.

A dear friend recently told me that she would ask her kids at pick up, “Was it a good day or a great day?” I loved that framing, and since then have started asking my girls that as well. Of course, we have less than ideal days, but how cool is it that you have full power to change the frequency of the station playing in your head?! 📻🌈

Some ways to see the silver lining more easily:

- Name 3 things which you are truly grateful for in this moment.

- Look in the mirror and smile. Now try getting upset while giving a big smile. Challenging, yes?

- Have a memory or two to keep in your back pocket which instantly bring you joy when you think about it.

- Watch a funny show, ideally with a friend or loved one. Have you ever found that you laugh harder when someone else is there to experience the moment with you? 😂

- Laugh hard. Like deep from the belly. Even if you’re faking it - as Dr. Lipton showed us, the cells of our body won’t actually know that you’re pretending, and will start to change physiologically to make you feel even more radiant!

So smile away - it could change your life! 😁✨

How do you feel after a good workout?

Or how about after a massage?

After an adjustment, many of my practice members experience decreased pain, improved range of motion, and generally more ease in their bodies.

However, many people also feel taller and some even notice improvement with their vision and their hearing!

The proximity of the upper neck vertebrae to the nerves going to the head means that the connection between organs such as the ears and eyes in our face can be greatly impacted by the alignment of our spines, particularly our upper necks.

One of my practice members has an immediate clearing of her sinuses once we start adjusting her neck!

When she gets her neck adjusted and we also relax the attaching musculature, she can actually physically notice a draining effect where she can feel the increased lymphatic flow.

“I’ve been getting adjusted since I was a child, and I love that Dr. Anjali uses a gentle approach to her adjustments, without ‘cracking’ my neck or back! I have also been bringing my kids in to see her.” -NL

Did you know your body treats every hour of sleep before midnight like two hours of rest?!

When I found that out, I was like—wait, sleep has a BOGO deal? Sign me up.

Shifting my bedtime earlier (hello, 10PM goals) has honestly made a bigger difference than I expected. Better energy, better mood—and fewer wake-ups in the middle of the night.

And if you’re struggling with staying asleep, don’t forget… hydration might be part of the puzzle.

Ever tried going to bed before 11? Did it help?

Unlocking the Wonders of Newborn Chiropractic Care 🌟

Did you know that even the tiniest members of our families can experience significant benefits from chiropractic care?

Today, let’s talk about how newborns, just like adults, can thrive with gentle chiropractic adjustments.

👶 A recent case in my practice perfectly illustrates this. A concerned mother brought her baby boy to me because he was having trouble latching on one side. After a thorough evaluation, we discovered several misalignments, with the most prominent being at the C1 vertebra. Following a gentle upper neck release and adjusting his spine, he was able to open his mouth wider, achieving a much more successful latch. The joy on the mother's face was priceless, and the improvements continued!

The birthing process, whether it's a C-section, forceps, or vacuum-assisted birth, and even natural vaginal deliveries, can lead to subtle yet impactful misalignments in a newborn's body.

These misalignments can manifest in behaviors such as:

- Preference for nursing on one side
- Tendency to turn the head mostly to one side
- Arching the back, especially during diaper changes

These signs might be indicating that your baby could benefit from a chiropractic adjustment.

What if your body is sending more messages to your brain than the other way around?

Yep—80% of nervous system communication flows from your body to your brain. That means how your body functions—your posture, your stress response, even how you move—can change everything about how you feel.

You’re not a machine. You’re a multifaceted human. And that’s exactly how your care should be, too.

✨ Inside the Stress Masterclass, we’ll explore what’s really going on, why it’s happening, and most importantly—what you can do about it.

Two dates. One powerful shift.
