Here’s the truth about low-impact workouts—they’re not the “easier” option. They’re often a smarter one 🧠

While high-intensity training tends to make a lot of noise, low-impact exercises like cycling, elliptical training and inclined walking offer incredible benefits that often get overlooked:

✅ Seated spinal twist
