For instance, a student may be in trouble with the law, cutting classes or too depressed to go to school. Trying to find answers on the Internet can be daunting. Even more difficult is determining the best answer. The large number of schools, programs, and requirements is staggering. This is where Bodin consultants excel. We help our clients navigate the complex process of finding the right program for their child. We dig deep below the surface of each program to ensure it addresses a studentÕs specific needs. This approach has resulted in the successful placement of thousands of young people in hundreds of residential programs.

This week's guests are Hayley Caddes and Colin MacDonald!

Hayley is the co-founder of Not Therapy, a coaching collective offering mental health support for teens, young adults, and families—especially those disillusioned with traditional therapy. She is a survivor of the “troubled teen industry” and passionate advocate for struggling teens. Today, she helps young people and parents rewrite the story of what healing and connection can look like outside of institutional models.

Colin is a transformational family coach and co-founder of Not Therapy. He spent a decade supporting teens and families in and out of residential programs before realizing there had to be a better way. Now he helps families build emotional literacy, connection, and resilience—without the shame, blame, or bootcamp vibes.
