Our thoughts create our reality, so USE them wisely...Think about what thoughts you are feeding… What thoughts are you giving most of your attention to… And know for sure for sure, that what ever we feed grows, and the more we feed it (time spent thinking about it) the stronger it gets.

It is so easy to get carried away with unhealthy thoughts at the moment, but we need to have awareness around the momentum in which they are building. To be impeccable in thought is possibly the hardest thing I have ever had to do, but it is also one of the most powerful tools I know to create mental stability and a sense of peace. Impeccable in your thoughts means to be thinking thoughts about what is good for you, what will bring you health and joy, what you can create, what will bring good to others and how you can be even more of what you already are...And the opposite of that, is to think thoughts about what can go wrong, what others are doing wrong, negative and disempowering self talk, and constant thoughts of what if? (in a fearful way) Its so hard to do... But the simplicity of impeccable thought is timeless and true.

Try practicing conscious thought today, simply catch yourself when you go off track and refocus yourself to a better thought. It's the small things done daily that give us the biggest results and the habits we create now will determine who we become in the future.
