Lotus Blossom Pre/Postnatal Yoga is teaming up with for Teacher Training this spring! The Nesting Spot in San Jose is in need of teachers- it’s a perfect opportunity for yoga teachers and birth workers who would like to expand their credentials and serve the childbearing community through the effective, research-backed practice of yoga.

🪷 100+ hours (exceeds industry standards for thorough teaching preparation)
🪷 Expert instructors from the Yoga and Birth Communities
🪷 One-on-one mentoring
🪷 In-person (San Jose) with some flexibility for online as needed
