Eating a variety of foods gives your baby the best possible start and helps you feel your best.

Many people who are pregnant think they need to eat a lot more food because they are eating for two. This is not true! Simply include a variety of foods in your diet, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, and dairy.

Did you just find out you are pregnant? California WIC has food packages that are tailored for people who are pregnant.
