If you're a seasoned sauna pro, you can stay up to 45 minutes or more, enjoying the full benefits of detoxification, improved circulation, and clear skin ✨🧖‍♂️✨🧖‍♀️

Always remember to stay hydrated prior to using the sauna and make sure you step out the world refreshed and revitalised.

In short, yes but there are risks of shortening the lifespan of your digital device, emf shocks, and permanent damage on your phone.

Apple's Support, for example states that you should store your device in areas where temperature ranges from -4º to 113º F. As temperatures can go beyond 190º F, it will be overheated.

In addition, the purpose of using a sauna is for relaxation and rejuvenation. Your favorite tv shows and communication can wait while you fully immerse in your sauna session for recovery.

🔥 How hot should the temperature of the sauna be? 🔥
A normal human body temperature is between 96.8-98.6°F(36-37°C). When you enter the sauna, your body temperature will start to rise and cause hyperthermia, which starts at 99.5°F(37.5°C). The higher your body temperature, the greater the health benefits. In short, the optimal time in a sauna is 15 to 30 minutes.

Make sure to remember that listening to your body is the best way to adjusting the temperature. Always stay hydrated and take breaks after 15-30 minutes.
