What if I told you my Self Confidence was in the toilet not too long ago.

What if I told you every time I’d look in the mirror I had to force myself to smile.

What if I told you my friends had no clue about the war going on inside my head.

Imagine being the big friend right… the one that everyone loves to be around, they love inviting me out… but the truth behind it all I cringed every time… WHY?! Because 1 the outfits for bigger women are hideous, 2 I hated this BIG assssssss pie face in photos… yall I literally couldn’t stand myself. But I smiled anyways.

I never knew what true love really was until I started loving me the way I wanted others to love me.

In a world where it is hard enough to show up as yourself daily, I had all these other things working against me… even tho I chose to be this unhealthy person.

You can’t dance in peace, you can’t walk in peace, you can’t do sh*t without someone having something to say… when you are a Big Girl

NOW part of me understood that people are going to talk regardless but I had to make it my business to do everything I could to minimize that chatter so I can live in peace.

Big girls are the laughing stalk for a lot of people, it’s truly sad- people are hurting silently

I’m here to encourage you. Encourage you to dig yourself out that hole you created and BOSS UP! There is so much life to live, don’t sell yourself short. You can have the body & life you dream about… I’m walking proof! You don’t need hella money, you don’t have to surgery… you can work hard daily to change your MIND

I’m go grateful for decisions… yall this is why I work hard. This is why I don’t give up, this is why I do what I do. I love THIS life so much!

Your curves can be HEALTHY… I’ll out Run or Out Work a lot of smaller people AT THIS SIZE… ITS ALL MENTAL!
