Wonderful patient and friend after years of only toxin decided to enter the filler world. With a varied technique of HA filler Versa by Prollenium with deep bolus and fan technique with diluted product to plump skin and subcutaneous tissue via cannula- he looks amazing. He was so happy. Less than 8 units of Jeuveau (neurotoxin) and we see immediately a result especially with that upper lip. Planning on filler but for@my aesthetic and patient agrees with a god given masculine upper lip…we will treat only the lower. First, it’s difficult to fill this kind of upper lipa and may look unnatural. Our worst fear.
Otherwise we did treat upper face with about 56 units for 3 areas.

Hello desert dwellers - Just a note to let you know I am escaping the heat - sortof - and hitting the beach and maybe a n**e resort. Starting this Saturday 6/24-7/10 I won't be checking in- I maybe Clay my medical assistant check the line every now and then but know I'll be thinking of you on the beaches of Portugal - Algarve ---and in Sitges Spain.
