Classes are available for First time participants and those in need of certification renewal.

This course is available for those that would like to learn Basic CPR. All private sessions have a 6 Participant Minimum.

We don't realize how important it is to learn CPR. Many people have been in situations where CPR was needed and no one knew it or they were afraid to use their skills. In my class I will give you the knowledge and the courage to save a life. I will prepare you to be confident if you are ever called on in a time of urgency. Sign up with me today so you can be prepared in the case of an emergency.

Let me teach you how to save a life. I will teach you the signs of cardiac arrest. I will teach you how to assist someone that is choking. I will teach you how to use a automated external defibrillator. And more.

My classes are for ages 12 and up. I also teach "Parent and Me" classes where children ages 5 to 11 are welcome.
