Join Jeanne for a powerful and immersive evening centered around the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, one of the most sacred and healing mantras from the ancient Vedas.
Revered for its ability to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being, this practice can also be extended outward—offering intention and care to those you love and the world around you.
Together, you’ll be guided through a simple call-and-response to learn the mantra, followed by chanting it 108 times—a sacred ritual that builds energy, focus, and connection.
We’ll then settle into meditation, allowing the resonance of the mantra to integrate deeply, creating space for clarity, balance, and insight.
This is more than meditation—it’s an experience of sound, stillness, and subtle transformation.
