Think of EMDR as a way to “hack” into your mind’s processing system to make it work better for you. We’re not rewriting the story—just clearing out the bugs that keep replaying old patterns.

I’m excited to share that I now offer EMDR therapy and am welcoming new clients—whether you’re looking to work through old patterns, heal from trauma, or just clear some mental space to feel more grounded. EMDR doesn’t require you to talk through every detail (a relief, right?), and it taps into the brain’s natural processing system to help lighten the load.

Hey there, I’m Jordan Rhodes, and I’m so excited to reintroduce myself to those of you who may not know me yet ☺️

I’m a psychotherapist with a holistic, integrative approach to healing. I use a blend of CBT, somatic, EMDR, and solution-focused strategies to support you in connecting to your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re working through trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, or grief, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with compassion and understanding.

A few fun facts about me:
🔅I’m a hobby collector – I love diving into new things and being average at a lot of them (but I’m pretty great at making memories along the way!).
🔅You’ll often find me outside, soaking in the sunshine with my dogs, because nature is one of my greatest teachers.
🔅Dance is one of my favorite forms of personal expression – it’s how I let loose, feel free, and remind myself to take up space.
