We are so excited to announce that we have partnered with Nucleus Embryo to bring our patients Nucleus IVF+ which allows for more options for family building!

Nucleus IVF+ is a new IVF option for parents who want to give their child the best possible start in life.

It’s the first IVF package built for genetic optimization with a human touch, helping parents choose thoughtfully at every stage of the IVF journey — whether it’s the right donor, the best clinic, the most advanced diagnostic tests, or picking the embryo that’s right for their family.

While this might not be an options for everyone it is powerful step for the right patients!

Let’s discuss IVF success rates! The age of the egg source is a crucial factor influencing the outcome of IVF treatment.

As women age, the quantity of normal eggs decreases, leading to a decline in success rates. So, let’s explore the success rates for various age groups!

For individuals...

-Under 35, the success rate for IVF is approximately 55% per cycle.

-Between 35-37 have a 40% success rate

-Between 38-40 have a 25% success rate.

-Between 41-42, the success rate drops to about 12% per cycle.

-Ages 43+, the success rate decreases further to about 4%.

The primary reason for this decline in success rates is that older women often struggle to produce a normal embryo.

The encouraging news is that irrespective of age, once a genetically normal embryo is obtained through testing, the chance of live birth per embryo transfer increases to between 60% and 70%!

It’s crucial to keep in mind that the IVF process is highly complex and individualized, and each patient’s success assessment will vary based on their treatment!

Meet Jamie Blicher, the Founder and Original Artist behind Oglitterenthusiast

Jamie turned to art as a way to cope with her infertility journey, transforming IVF needles into paintbrushes.

Each piece is created with the very tools that represent both challenge and hope—bringing beauty, strength, and resilience to life through art.

We’re honored to showcase her work here at Beverly Fertility, as a reminder that while the journey can be stressful, there are powerful ways to express and release those emotions 🤍

How do you find moments of calm or ways to manage stress during your own journey?

Many people don’t realize how closely nutrition is tied to reproductive health.

Restrictive eating—often driven by body image goals—can disrupt your hormone balance and interfere with ovulation. Your body needs healthy fats and adequate nutrition to support regular menstrual cycles and respond well to fertility treatments like egg freezing, IUI, or IVF.

When nutritional intake is too low, it can signal the brain to suppress ovulation, reduce estrogen levels, and increase stress hormones—all of which can impact treatment outcomes.

The goal isn’t perfection, but balance. Healthy, consistent eating habits support not just your overall well-being, but your fertility too.

A part of your fertility how you live your day to day life. Sleep, diet, and movement all play a role in supporting your reproductive health. When your body is nourished, rested, and regulated, your hormones respond.

That doesn’t mean you need to overhaul your life or be perfect. It means honoring your body with simple habits that create balance: better sleep, gentle movement, and nutritious, colorful meals.

Fertility is whole-body health. And even the smallest shifts can make a meaningful difference.

Let’s talk about known egg donors! A known egg donor is someone the intended parent(s) already know—maybe a friend, a family member, or someone introduced directly rather than through an agency. This can mean more openness, shared understanding, and the possibility of ongoing connection… but it also comes with emotional and legal layers that deserve thoughtful planning.

That’s why clear communication, psychological sessions, and legal agreements are essential. Boundaries, openness, and legal clarity help set the stage for a healthy relationship and protect all involved—especially the child.

If you’re exploring fertility treatment, understanding the difference between IUI and IVF is a helpful place to start.

While both are common paths to parenthood, they involve very different processes, timelines, and costs.

IUI is less invasive and often a first step, especially for unexplained infertility or mild male factor concerns.

IVF, on the other hand, is more involved but can offer higher success rates depending on your situation.

Every fertility journey is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

The right choice depends on your medical history, goals, and where you are emotionally and financially.

We’re here to walk through those options with you—clearly, compassionately, and without pressure!

Summer heat can take a bigger toll on male fertility than most people realize.

S***m production is highly temperature-sensitive, which is why the testicles naturally sit a few degrees cooler than the rest of the body.

When exposed to consistent heat—whether from hot tubs, saunas, tight underwear, or even extended heatwaves—s***m quality can decline.

Prolonged heat exposure may lower s***m count, reduce motility, and increase the risk of DNA fragmentation, all of which can impact fertility.

To protect s***m health during the hottest months, avoid long periods in hot tubs or saunas, opt for breathable and loose-fitting underwear, and stay hydrated and cool during outdoor activities.

Small adjustments can make a big difference in supporting reproductive health all summer long.
