💗 A Day in the Life of a Body Sculpting Studio Owner 💗

I started my morning with a lymphatic drainage session on the vibrating plate with infrared — I knew it was going to be a long and intense day for my body! No workout, just activation and flow ✨

Then we packed up all our machines, tables, and tools from our Brentwood studio and headed to the LA Tech Wellness Event — a stunning house filled with energy, wellness brands, and over 150 guests who came to experience body transformation in real time.

Together with my amazing team — Martina and Mariia — we set up three treatment stations and worked non-stop, offering lymphatic drainage and electrical muscle stimulation to dozens of guests. Each of us did almost 30 sessions that day! 💪

Yes, we were exhausted (especially after carrying all the equipment up to the second floor 😅), but seeing how happy and amazed people were after their treatments made it so worth it.

Days like this remind me why I love what I do — helping people feel lighter, healthier, and more confident in their own bodies. 💕
