The two things I learned in this article include "The Kirkbride plan" and the 1963 act signed by president Kennedy for Community Mental Health centers. As for the 1999 Olmstead act, I wonder whether or not it's actually enforceable if there is no real standardization with our diversity of cultures in American family care.
