I have an insatiable appetite for sweets.

And I know I'm a part of the mega problem worldwide with overconsumption of sugar and fat.

I'm a health coach educated by one of the most brilliant minds in modern Naturopathy today, Dr. Stepehn Cabral. And with my best intentions and a well laid out plan, I'm still challenged!
