We’re also broadening our treatment approaches with more providers now trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), alongside Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT).

EFT is a powerful, evidence-based method that helps couples break free from entrenched patterns and build deeper emotional connection.
