Every 1st Saturday of the month we are providing birthing classes available for you & your partner (or supporter, doula). We are very excited to extend our knowledge to our community and get you ready for whats to come. We will be covering the stages of labor, kinds of labor, questions to ask doctor/obgyn, C-sections, what to do in an emergency, baby care, lactation support and more to name a few. This year, I was able to collaborate with Harbor Hills Housing Authority to create a safe place for people that has suffered from domestic violence, self doubt, mental health challenges, parenting woes and social pressures to come release at The Friendship Table. We have 2 more meet-ups, and we are opening our table to the southbay community, not only just the residents. We want everyone to get a chance to experience this support group!
