First thing in the morning, touch your toes (or get as close as you can if you can’t reach em)! Setting aside the first 10 minutes of your day to do some stretches helps you get your blood moving and kickstarts your energy flow! Another way to incorporate daily exercise is to make it fun by joining an exercise class, taking up a hobby like biking, or joining a walking/running group. This makes it a social event in community with others who can encourage you and keep you accountable.
