I woke up this morning with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for this work and all of my clients of the past, present and future.

I can’t begin to explain how incredibly humbling it is to see where these horses take me and the people that I have the blessing of connecting with as a result.

My clients near and far go above and beyond to be so welcoming to me. They are so invested in their horse’s truest wellbeing and are their greatest advocates. It is absolutely inspirational.

What it comes down to is a true love of the horse. It permeates all of my days and is shared and expanded continually by the people that this work weaves into my world in the most beautiful way.

I still can hardly believe I get to do this for a living!!

So to all of my clients, from the greatest depths of my heart, thank you.💛

Trailering & hauling can be a workout for your horse, especially if it’s new to them!

Think about how much effort it takes you to stand in a similar situation, such as having to stand on a bus, train, or metro and all the muscles you engage to maintain your balance.

If you’re hauling to a show, have an upcoming rodeo, or will soon be hitting the trails reach out to see how you can help your horses perform and feel their best.

Call today and schedule a Myofascial Release treatment, CranioSacral therapy, thermal imaging or saddle fitting to improve your horse’s general health and disposition.

This work is the positive and lasting change your horse is looking for.

I'm based in Los Angeles and regularly travel to Ventura and Orange counties.

The Maintenance Massage…

I am always so excited about what the John F. Barnes Method can do for horses! It is truly profound. I see horses regain ease of motion daily.
It’s easy, sometimes, to forget that this work is a wonderful preventative, too. Even when you’re not feeling anything stiff or tight, maintenance massage is a super tool to add to your equine’s management program.

Call today and schedule a Myofascial Release treatment, CranioSacral therapy, thermal imaging or saddle fitting to improve your horse’s general health and disposition.

This work is the positive and lasting change your horse is looking for.

A THIGHT GIRTH***

If you have accidentally added a few pounds recently, you can appreciate how uncomfortable it is to wear pants that are too tight.

The terrible sensation of restriction happens to our equine partners too…when we over tighten the girth.

You will be surprised by the difference one hole can make! It quite literally can give your horse some breathing room.

An over-tightened girth may pinch and bruise the muscles - in particular the pectorals, trapezius, serratus ventralis muscles and latissimus dorsi.

This muscle group (also known as part of the thoracic sling) is crucial for movement. Besides soft tissue, an over tightened girth may cause bruising of the ribs and the intercostal muscles between the ribs.

***Be sure to check your girth underneath the horse’s chest, NOT on the side.

Call today and schedule a Myofascial Release treatment, CranioSacral therapy, thermal imaging or saddle fitting to improve your horse’s general health and disposition.

If you glance quickly at this photo, you would miss that his sacrum has a right inflare.

This inflare(red line) impacts every movement and muscle in the horse causing various imbalances and tensions. Notice the blue lines are different lengths.

As a professional Equine Myofascial Release therapist, I am trained in how to facilitate the changes necessary to correct this.

Call today and schedule a Myofascial Release treatment, CranioSacral therapy, thermal imaging or saddle fitting to improve your horse’s general health and disposition.

My friend rescued a baby squirrel. Here he is eating some squash. Fun fact, his arm is a little ouchy from his fall out of the nest and I used Myofascial Release therapy to help him. He had a big release and is much happier now.

Do you often find your horse with his/her legs in this position?

When the horse’s feet are pointing in different directions, the indication is that they have lumbar spine and pelvic issues they are trying to accommodate.

These horse often have restrictions throughout the entire body. Myofascial Release is the most effective way to these restrictions because it works on a cellular level.

Call today and schedule a Myofascial Release treatment, CranioSacral therapy, thermal imaging or saddle fitting to improve your horse’s general health and disposition.

Hey! That’s my head!

The horse’s skull has 26 individual bones attached via sutures. Something we as horse owners rarely consider is the amount of pressure a horse’s head is subjected to. Everyday items like halters, bits, bridles, nose bands, etc. have different effects on the equine cranium as does dentistry.

These pressures will have an effect on the skull in different ways: dental wearing patterns, behavioral issues, training issues and cranial development. The more aware we are of the possible changes to the cranial bones, and what those effects can do, the better able we are to address them.

Call today and schedule a Myofascial Release treatment, CranioSacral therapy, thermal imaging or saddle fitting to improve your horse’s general health and disposition.
