BBQ CHICKEN RANCH SALAD✨ 💕

welcome back to episode ✌️ of delish salads! one of my favorite series - because there’s nothing better than a summer salad, am I right?! my bbq chicken ranch salad is great all year round, but there’s nothing like enjoying it on a beautiful summers day. plus bbq chicken ranch is one of my favorite salads to make 😊eating this on repeat after my Vegas bachelorette weekend - make sure to check out my stories for a recap! recipe below, enjoy xx

Bbq Chicken Ranch Salad
Serves 4

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
3 heads romaine, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black beans
1 can corn kernels
2 avocados, sliced
1 red onion, diced
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup bbq sauce, divided
4 tbsp dill, chopped
4 tbsp chives, chopped
Black pepper

Directions
1. Shred rotisserie chicken with a fork and add to a bowl. Add 1/4 cup bbq sauce to the chicken and mix together. Add extra bbq sauce as needed until chicken is entirely coated.
2. Add romaine, black beans, corn, avocado, onions and chicken to a large salad bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, ranch, bbq sauce, chives and dill. Mix together until combined.
4. Dress salad with salad dressing and toss until coated. Top with black pepper and enjoy!
