I have been on a spiritual / Buddhist Path my whole life and learned how to merge temple life with the everyday world out there. Pretty much living in two timelines at once and from doing this I have learned how to help people more effectively achieve a solid Mediation Practice and also how to unplug from come cycles of thinking that is holding them back.
