Super healthy dessert 😋 Try it!
INGREDIENTS:
Cereal 70 gramsDates 100 gramsNuts (walnuts, cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds) 100 gramsCinnamon 0.5 teaspoonNutmeg 0.5 teaspoonOrange peel (dried) 1 tablespoonChaga Extract+Shilajit 1/2 teaspoon
HOW TO COOK:
Dry the nuts in a pan as desired. Crush them in a mortar.
Grind the orange peel and cereal in a coffee grinder.
Pour dates with boiling water and insist 30 minutes.
Drain the water, remove the seeds from the dates, mashed the fruits with a blender.
Put all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir them with a dry whisk.
Add date puree.
Stir the mixture to a thick plastic mass.
Put the mixture in a rectangular shape, covered with a film. Tumb down.
Freeze muesli in the freezer for 2 hours. Take out the mass and cut it into portions. If desired, you can wrap them in baking paper.
Muesli gets nutritious, with a nutty finish, medium sweetness.Diet bars are also good for breakfast. You can take them with you on the road, feel free to give children instead of traditional sweets.
