For the past year, I have strived to keep mental health and self-care a priority in my life. To honor this, I take one day off a month for wellness (an outdoor activity, yoga, meditation, massage therapy, lunch date, streaming my favorite series or sometimes doing absolutely nothing at all). I utilize PTO every chance I get— which allows me an adequate work/life balance. I also make it a habit to keep my phone on DND at all times and screen phone calls from numbers that are not saved in my contacts (the calls go straight to voicemail, sorry not sorry!). Between endless pages, phone calls, text messages, emails, voicemails, app notifications and spam calls/texts it can be quite overwhelming.

Making these changes have helped me to be more productive (…by limiting distractions) and maintain my mental health (…by setting boundaries). And I love it, guilt-free. 🤍
