I believe therapy is an act of courage and hope, and I've been humbled by the resiliency I've seen in my clients. As someone who's benefited from therapy myself, I know how powerful this work can be, and it brings me great joy to see my clients realize the changes they want. I grew up on the East Coast and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in writing. My journey eventually led me to a men’s therapy group where I experienced the transformative power of this work. It was during this time that I discovered my own desire to help others uncover their potential and strength. Having been a client, I know what it’s like to struggle and to be unsure of yourself and your relationships. I also know what it’s like to grow, heal, and benefit from this work, and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to help my clients realize the goals they set for themselves in therapy. I have experience working with diverse communities and individuals throughout Los Angeles and, thanks to telehealth, California. I’ve worked in a family service agency, a private practice, and a high school care center. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, but especially teens and adults. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University of Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
