I used to believe that making myself accessible would secure my relationships & my business

Saying “yes” would make me liked, valued, appreciated…

But beneath the surface, over giving led to me not knowing who I was… I didn’t know who I was without the relationship or the business. I didn’t know my truth.

Over giving was a sign that I didn’t know my truth or what I truly desired in order to draw a line and put up a boundary…

What if you don’t have to compromise love for business
or yourself for love?

Hustle culture tells you to leave “personal” at the doorstep when you walk into work…

But what if the way you love is connected to the way you lead?

What if I told you, you can move between, love, your business & life with ease without compromising one for the other?

You don’t have to wear a mask being someone you’re not.

Breathe.
Notice the shift in your body just hearing that as a possibility…

If you’re doing the emotional labor in love & dating…
Are you working harder than you need to in your business?

If you don’t feel intimacy & vulnerability in love
Are you able to get on camera and share your story to your audience with intimacy & vulnerability?

In this podcast I speak to the complexities of all these parts in our psyche. Sometimes we resist unleashing the wild woman because “we won’t be seen as marriage material” or we resist the good girl & her optimism because “we’ll get hurt again so I need to protect myself…unknowingly preventing love from coming in”
