Renee Nicole Good was killed yesterday by ICE agents. She was an American citizen who never had issues with the law beyond a traffic ticket. Her exact birth date is not yet public, but at 37 we experience our nodal return. This is when the lunar nodes circle the zodiac and return to the degree and sign in our natal chart and we are confronted with themes of fate, direction, and consequence. We also experience the life changing transit activations of Pluto square Pluto and the first Saturn square Saturn post Saturn return both of which destabilize what no longer holds and force life-altering shifts that can permanently change a person’s trajectory.
The shots rang out just after 9:30 am in Minneapolis and when we pull the event chart for that moment the symbolism is painfully specific. Aquarius rises at 17° which is semisextile the triple conjunction of Mars-Sun-Venus in Capricorn at 17°. Aquarius on the Ascendant makes this a collective event by nature. There was no stopping the witnesses or keeping this contained. Aquarius is the sign of the public square and in 2026 that looks like phones raised by strangers, footage spreading faster than official statements, and collective hearts breaking as someone cries out, “that’s my wife, I don’t know what to do.”
