Meet Megan! She is our newest edition to the CP fam and we love her so very much! She brings such a grounded, encouraging, and thoughtful energy to the studio and her classes 🧘🏼‍♀️ She teaches Sunday Flow at 10:30am, Monday Power Hour at 12:30pm, and Friday Flow at 4:00pm

Hey insta fam - meet another new amazing addition to the CP team, Olivia! We’re so excited to have Oliva with us for two classes a week, and we can’t wait for you all to get to know her!
Olivia leads her flow classes with a focus on setting a proper foundation, so regardless of what level you’re at, you feel capable and confident within the practice. As a massage therapist, she has a hands on approach, using touch to correct alignment in each pose. Her immersive studies of yoga in Thailand brings a sense of serenity and light into her teachings. Outside the studio, Olivia loves to sing and dance, and her adventure seeking heart leads her to travel and spend time with her family and puppy!

We’re super pumped to introduce another truly amazing addition to the Child’s Pose team, Peter! You can find Peter holding down the Tuesday evening Empower and Sunday afternoon Yin/Yang classes 🙏🏼
As an instructor, Peter encourages his students to feel deeply and to listen intently; using the body as a tool to allow for deeper introspection and self-education. When not on the mat, Peter can be found pursuing open roads on his bike, eating as much farmer’s market fruit as possible, and hanging out with his best friend Rev the pup.

We’re so excited to introduce the newest addition to the Child’s Pose team, Michelle aka !
Ok she’s not actually a new team member, she’s been our amazing sound bath practitioner forever! But, she also just started teaching classes in the studio and we’re so excited for you all to experience her beautiful Foundations class.
Come see Michelle on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm to get back to yoga basics and tap back into that beginners mind 🙏🏼
