After just 2 sessions - Notice how belly looks smaller? This is not due to weight loss but improved posture and reduced hunch.
compensations: kyphosis/ hunched posture improved, forward head position improved.
Dysfunction: most of this was coming from locked pelvis in posterior (forward and under) tilt.
Pelvic extension improved.
