Building a stronger behavioral health workforce takes more than intention. It takes collaboration, innovation, and shared commitment.

With the San Diego Workforce and McAlister Institute, TTCC is helping expand access to career pathways while addressing critical workforce shortages in behavioral health. Together, we’re creating opportunities that support both job seekers and the communities that rely on these essential services.

At the center of this work is a model that’s changing how people enter the field, McAlister Institute highlighted the importance on “An earn-and-learn pathway that removes financial barriers to certification.”
