I have chronic lower-back pain (lumbar-facet for anyone familiar with that). It comes & goes, sometimes it flairs up. Recently, I had an especially painful flair up & felt extremely incapacitated. I could barely get my shoes on, it hurt to do almost everything. Someone recommended Dr. Jennifer Botelho. Let me tell you, I expected, maybe, some temporary relief--I got waaaay more than I hoped or bargained for! Dr. Botelho is gifted. With just a little probing & tweaking she immediately diagnosed my problem, and with some very thoughtful "adjustments" I left her office feeling significantly better. But here is the best part: in the hours (and days) that followed I realized my lower-back pain was rapidly diminishing. Literally improving by the hour, and overnight. In under a week I am 95% improved. I can't promise everyone will have the same "miraculous" (overnight) result, every spine is different, but Dr. Botelho is *extremely* knowledgeable & has a great bedside (chairside) manner. She is a first-rate practitioner & her office is lovely (simple clean office, very helpful front desk). While she doesn't take insurance, her rates are incredibly reasonable & her office will file your medical insurance claims for you for reimbursement. They handle all of that. I can't recommend Dr. Bothelo & the Chiropractic Center of LA highly enough. As we know, pain is very debilitating and Dr. Bothelo provided, for me, immediate relief. She has gifted hands! Thank you!!

Best Chiropractor I have ever been too and I've been to a lot. They will definitely NOT leave you on a machine and walk away. This a hands-on, good old fashion cracking, best feeling ever. I love how thorough Dr. B is. I have been seeing her off and on for more than 15 years. The office staff; Jenny and Linda are top-notch, very professionally organized and they make you feel like family. They handle ALL the paperwork so you can concentrate on recovering. If you have any chiropractic needs I would highly recommend Dr. B and the Chiropractic Center.

I have had chronic back pain for years from an injury I sustained. It comes and goes but recently it came back with a vengeance. My usual ice packs and Advil just wasn't doing the trick. At my wife's suggestion, I gave seeing a chiropractor a shot. Not that I didn't believe it would work, but I just had no experience with them before. My wife had a friend who saw Dr. Botelho and recommended her. She was very pleasant and explained things very thoroughly to me. Most importantly, I actually felt better after getting adjusted. It's surprising what stretching and cracking of your joints can do. Who knew this would actually help out my back pain. I'm fine now but I know where I will go should my back issues arise again. Thanks Dr. B!

Chiropractor Jennifer Botelho has healing hands. She is able to pinpoint where the tension is located through touch and then she works with you like a physical therapist to release the tension and retrain your muscles. There are many times when I have been in severe discomfort and needed just one appointment to get back to a pain-free condition and back to the gym. Best masseuses as well who know anatomy and can work with sports injuries.
