📞 Call the Nurse Advice Line at (844) 804-0055 from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
💻 Use eVisits on the LA Health Portal and get a response within 1 hour from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
🏥 Go to urgent care for urgent medical needs.
🚨 Go to the emergency room or call 911 for a life-threatening illness or injury.

High temperatures can cause heat exhaustion, heat stroke, and heat cramps.
❄️ If you don’t have air conditioning, you can cool off at free cooling centers, splash pads, and community pools. Cooling centers are safe public places like libraries and community centers where you can escape the heat.
