It’s also a time to talk about health challenges affecting Native communities today.
In many Native cultures, to***co is used in spiritual and ceremonial ways. But commercial to***co, like ci******es and va**ng, can cause serious health problems. 🚭💔
Native American communities have some of the highest smoking rates in the United States, which raises the risk of lung disease, cancer, and other serious illnesses.

If you want to quit smoking, help is available. Talk to your health care provider about programs and treatments that can support you.
