sea moss gummies are a fun way to enjoy sea moss especially for the littles!🤍🌸

Recipe:
2-3 tablespoons of sea moss gel
1.5 tablespoons of agar agar
add a superfood (like black seed oil, just a few drops)
1 cup of your favorite fruit juice
Add sweetener to taste
Add 1/4 teaspoon citric acid for sour taste/natural preservative.

simmer together on low until the consistency started to thicken, turn off stove and use a syringe or spoon to fill molds! 🤍🌿

Whenever you feel nauseous chew on a piece of ginger. Also ginger is a herbal supplement that you can have in abundance and it's great for you. **

sea moss gel is made through a high velocity emulsion process. Blending the sea moss in this way helps get it as smooth as apple sauce.

Another to make sea moss gel is by heating the sea moss in a pot of water and letting the water and heat melt the sea moss. This is an easier way to make gel but also take away some of the raw minerals and nutrients!

Both options are great and can beneficial. Part of living well is being resourceful with time and work with what you have in the moment 🌿🤍
