5th Sunday Self Care Day at was spectacular. As a collective of believers in Christ, we relaxed, released and rest for a couple of hours with journaling, mindful movement, breathwork, Soundbath meditation and prayer. It was a joy to serve each and everyone of you. Much gratitude and love to you all.
