Motherhood does not announce itself with a manual. It arrives, and then it keeps arriving, in every new phase, every new version of your child, every new version of you.
I have spent over 20 years in this work as a mother, and as someone who has held space for so many mamas stepping into their own matrescence. What I have witnessed again and again is this: we rise. Even after the hardest seasons. Especially after those.
Like a phoenix — we shed the old self and come back ready.
What I want you to know today is that your bloopers are not failures. Your fumbles are not the final word. And your strength is not diminished by needing support.
Find your people. Let them find you. We are better when we hold each other.
Wishing every mother here a day that honors the fullness of who you are — all of it. 🤍
