Dr. Anastasia Williams, director of pediatric medicine at San Fernando Community Health Center, is raising concerns over the CDC’s revised childhood vaccine schedule, which reduces recommended vaccines from 18 to 11.

Williams warns the changes could increase vaccine hesitancy and put vulnerable children at greater risk.

Here you can find free classes in nutrition and cooking healthy meals, plus resources to help you get what you need. All the recipes are ones you can make at home – affordable, with no premium gadgets required. The Kitchen even hosts cooking classes for children and education about other chronic conditions.
