SFCHC ofrece FEAST (Educación, Acceso y Apoyo Alimentario, Juntos), un programa que imparte información valiosa sobre alimentación y cocina saludables. ¡Pero eso es solo el principio! El programa también ofrece recursos donde las personas que sufren inseguridad alimentaria pueden obtener ingredientes saludables. Además, las reuniones incluyen un espacio seguro para conectar con otros participantes y hablar sobre la relación con la comida. FEAST entiende que llevar una vida saludable puede ser difícil y estresante, SFCHC está aquí para ayudarle.

SFCHC offers FEAST (Food Education, Access, and Support, Together), a program that teaches valuable information about healthy eating and cooking. But that’s just the start! The program also offers resources where people facing food insecurity can get healthy ingredients. Finally, meetings include time to bond with other participants and talk about relationships with food in a safe space. FEAST understands that getting healthy can be difficult and stressful, and with SFCHC, is here to help.
