This time of the year might not be merry for all of us. For a lot of us, this time can remind us of painful memories, personal loses, or simply we do not have the bandwidth to be cheerful. Slowly but surely correcting posture. I like seeing these results after 1 session and I LOVE that my client felt she was not standing crooked anymore, that her shirt didn’t move to one side because of elevated shoulders, that her neck felt longer because it wasnt leaning forward and that her arms and hands were more neutral and less rotated.
