A base of raw spinach with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic, farro, pickled onions, crispy, tofu, Mediterranean meatballs, hummus, and feta.

What did all the generations do before us that didn’t have a public platform to air all their grievances and opinions?
In the words of Prince:

“I don’t think we were supposed to watch television (follow media) and take on all the problems of the world. I don’t think the body is equipped for that”

As a health coach I interpret what he says in this way. Everything is disrupted at the cellular level. Billions of cells in the human body. All responding to the pouring out of reactive hormones and chemicals. Causing inflammation, disease, multiplication of cancer cells, less immunity cells, sleep is disrupted, relationships are destabilized, addictions increase…
This all feeds the toxicity of the body.

What you feed is what grows.

Whatever is good, whatever is lovely whatever is right whatever is praise worthy or excellent… Think about such things. Your cells love it!

Hey 😊 I’m doing a small raffle and wanted to pick something that people would actually use.

So I went with my clean, no-fillers, heavy-metal-free, vegan, gluten-free, high protein meal shake mix—it’s just an easy breakfast or snack, nothing complicated.

A lot of women like it because it helps with energy and getting enough protein without having to think too much about meals.

Small habit. Strong physiology 🧂
Salt your way to health by starting your morning with a small amount of high-quality mineral salt to help replenish electrolytes lost overnight and support hydration.

I use the right kind of salt — rich in trace minerals — helps maintain fluid balance, supports nerve and muscle function, and can improve how efficiently your body absorbs water first thing in the morning.
