🦀♋️ CANCER SEASON ♋️🦀

The charioteer’s right, or active hand, is holding the MAGICIAN’S wand (notice also that he is not holding reigns; he is ultimately not in control of the whole journey, only his part in manifesting the destination). The six-pointed star crown and stars along the tapestry above him indicate his faith and strong connection with divine guidance in navigating the path. The chakra associated with Cancer is the third eye, and Cancers are known for being rather intuitive. He has crescent moons on his shoulders—one has a smiling face, while the other looks upset. Cancers are ruled by the moon and therefore can be quite moody, and also tend to carry the emotional weight of others on their shoulders. We can assume that these emotions are influencing and possibly interfering with his decision and manifestation.

The Sphinxes, symbols of mystery and ancient wisdom, are leading the chariot, but are currently in repose. The journey is about to begin, but the driver must prepare himself emotionally, mentally, and spiritually in order to choose the clearest path in manifesting his destiny, and to awaken the sphinxes through the senses. One Sphinx is black and the other white, the reoccurring symbol of the duality that is constantly within and around us (the physical/spiritual realm, the conscious/subconscious, etc). The main message of this card is that of balance, particularly between the head and the heart. If one overrides the other, you’ll certainly veer off course. 🎠🌊🦀♋️

♊️ GEMINI SEASON ♊️

Gemini is a mutable air sign and embodies the energies of communication, investigating truth, and discovering new perspectives. This sign is represented by the twins: the immortal Castor and the mortal Pollux (representing the two different
realms of the physical and spiritual planes).
We find these themes beautifully portrayed in the card associated with Gemini season, THE LOVERS. 💕

We see that the “twins” in this case are two lovers: a female figure on the left and a male figure on the right, resembling Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. The woman gazes upward toward the angel Raphael while the man gazes straight ahead, representing the feminine energy of receptivity and intuition and the masculine energy of action and the physical realm. The mountain between them can be seen as a problem, or impasse, and the two lovers
have different perspectives on how to overcome this problem. The female figure stands in front of the Tree of Knowledge while the male figure is in front of
the Tree of Life. Raphael oversees and blesses all points of view, riding in on a cloud that represents thought and mental clarity associated with the air
element. The sun shines brightly above; there is harmony and a solution when all perspectives are considered. 🕊

There is an alchemical theme to this card as well as Mercury (or Hermes) rules Gemini, this messenger between realms is also known as the Magician, and the MAGICIAN tarot card is also associated with Gemini-in fact we see the snake in the LOVERS card coiled around the Magician’s waist. It’s time to start communicating our truths as well as
taking time to consider all sides of an issue, even working between realms. It’s an excellent time for writing and learning and of course a good time
for expressing your love! 🤍♊️👯‍♀️

♉️ TA**US SEASON ♉️

Ta**us is a fixed earth sign that encourages us to enjoy the creature comforts of life - the joys to be found in the physical realm. Ta**us is represented in the zodiac by the Bull (I love thinking of Ferdinand
smelling the roses (🌹🐂), and when considering the earth element and bull as symbols of strong foundation and structure, we begin to see these themes reflected in the the tarot card The Hierophant with the spiritual leader seated on his
chair, his feet firmly planted on the ground, flanked by the two solid pillars. The Hierophant is not only about tradition and spirituality, but also about ancient wisdom and education. 📖

When The Hierophant comes into a reading, it can often suggest either a spiritual teacher appearing or that information will be key within the situation. Because The Hierophant is the masculine energetic
counter part to the High Priestess, he represents the active energy of research and education (vs the receptive feminine energy of the High Priestess-receiving knowledge through intuition) when seeking answers to a spiritual problem. Because Ta**us knows how to take spiritual wisdom and apply it in a practical way, they are very reliable sources of knowledge and information and make excellent teachers. 🌕 The nodes are shifting, and we have our first lunar eclipse of the season activating this Full Moon in Virgo. ♍️

A powerful time for letting go of what is holding us back from the work we are here to do, our ideal daily lives and routines, and ability to organize and purify our lives. Be mindful of the details…but not obsessive. Let go of being overly critical—not just to others, but to yourself as well.
