We use our hands so much everyday, it’s sooo important to show them love✨
Save this video and stretch your hands and wrists more often to get rid of tightness, pain & immobility✨

⭐️DO NOT STRETCH OUT OF COMFORT.. ONLY WHAT FEELS GOOD⭐️
⭐️PLAY WITH YOUR STRETCH & MOVE TO DIFFERENT ANGLES⭐️
⭐️DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE WHEN STRETCHING⭐️
1. Shake your wrists out, use all different angles. Do not shake too hard
2. Rollllll those wrists all around
3. Put the tops of your palms together, arms and elbows in a straight line, keep the top of wrists together (if possible), keep elbows in same spot while lifting wrists up and keeping both wrists together
4. Do the opposite, hands together like praying, arms and elbows in a straight line, keep elbows in the same spot while pushing wrists down and keeping wrists together as much as possible
5. Using one hand, spread through your other hands fingers a few times between each finger
6. Keep hand straight, pull out your finger then pull back gently on each finger
7. From a closed wrist, open your hands and flip hands over, repeat as much as you’d like
