Limitless Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded by Alex Abzug and Scott Scherr, two physical therapists with years of experience, who want to change how physical therapy is provided. Our mission is to provide individualized, one-on-one care to facilitate our clients’ advancement and recovery. We pride ourselves on helping those who have struggled to see results through other conservative treatments. Our proven approach towards physical well-being centers on improving movement and harnessing the healing power of the human body. Whether you recently had surgery or are dealing with lingering pain, we are here to help end your discomfort and improve your activity level. Through our wellness programs, we also work with people of all ages and backgrounds to avoid surgery and improve athletic performance. The universal gesture of victory!

During the 2004 Paralympic Games in Greece, a group of researches studied the body language of judo competitors after their matches. What they found was truly remarkable. Even though half of the athletes had been blind since birth and unable to learn behaviors through visual cues, almost all of the victorious competitors raised their arms overhead after their victory.

This behavior is innate in all of us. It's not only a reaction to victory, but can lead us to feel empowered and energized. In fact, it is almost impossible to not feel the rush of endorphins after raising your arms in victory. Try it, we dare you!

My name is Scott Scherr and I'm a co-founder of Limitless Physical Therapy and Wellness. I have been practicing physical therapy since 2012 after graduating from the University of Southern California with my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. I then became an orthopedic certified specialist (OCS) in 2013 after completing a 12-month residency through USC.

I have a strong passion for running. I'm a finisher of the LA Marathon as well as multiple half marathons. I'm passionate about helping others with their running and have taken courses throughout my years of practice to further my understanding of the complexities of treating individuals with running related injuries.

I look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals.
