- **PVA (Patient Visit Average)**: How long does a typical Patient stick around?
- **CVA (Case Visit Average)**: What's the financial value of a typical patient?

2️⃣ **Service Metrics**:
- How many Weekly adjustments or services are provided each week? What % of these are your ideal clients?

3️⃣ **Booking Discipline**: Are you holding strong with cluster booking, or are patients dictating the schedule?

4️⃣ **Objection Handling: How well are your staff and you, personally, navigating patient objections? Whether it's about payments, scheduling, or the value of the services.
